Take a rare chance to travel on a beautifully-restored, vintage London bus with this tour, which covers all of the city’s top sightseeing spots.  

What better way to see the highlights of London than from on board a vintage double-decker bus? Enjoy great views of Westminster Abbey, Big Ben, the Houses of Parliament, the London Eye, St. Paul's Cathedral and the Tower of London as you meander through the streets and history of this great city. The tour also includes a private boat trip on the river Thames and the chance to see the Changing of the Guard at Buckingham Palace.

Meeting point
The tour begins at Victoria coach station, where you’ll hop aboard a Routemaster bus and begin your journey through the bustling city. The old-fashioned bus is a classic piece of London history - what better way to explore?

See London’s historic landmarks
Have your camera ready for your first stop: Christopher Wren’s St. Paul’s Cathedral, an architectural masterpiece where Admirals Nelson and Wellington are buried, and where Princess Diana was married.

Continuing on, through London’s historic financial district, you’ll see the Tower of London: now home to the Crown Jewels, protected by the famous Beefeaters. Your guide will take you to see Traitors Gate, where prisoners entered the Tower for the last time… (Entrance to Tower not included).

Please note: photo stop at the Tower in the afternoon only.

Changing of the Guard at Buckingham Palace

Buckingham Palace is the official Royal residence of Her Majesty the Queen. Watch the world famous changing of the Guard ceremony as the Queen's soldiers, dressed in their fabulous tunics and busbies march to military music.

Please note: the Changing of the Guard only takes place in the morning tour. When the guard change does not take place, you will stop instead for photos at Buckingham Palace.

Boat trip on the River Thames

Enjoy a private and exclusive river trip that passes Shakespeare's Globe, Cleopatra's  Needle, London Bridge, The Shard and Tower Bridge before you arrive at Milbank / London Eye pier.

Tour ends in Victoria after the cruise.

April to October: departs 7.45am and 1pm every day
November, December and March: Departs 7.45am and 1pm every day except Tuesdays and Thursdays
January and February: departs 7.45am and 1pm on Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday only
This is an open top bus tour so please be prepared for the possibility of rain
On rare occasions the tour may take place with a closed top bus
Please note that this tour will not operate on the following dates:

24, 25, 26 December and 1 January

7.45am: Victoria Coach Station, Gate 18-20 (finishing in Victoria at approximately 12 noon)
1pm: Victoria Coach Station, Gate 0 (finishing in Victoria at approximately 5pm)
