On this half-day adventure, you’ll experience the exhilaration of sea level traversing, rock climbing, cliff jumping, and swimming into sea caves in the Pembrokeshire coastline in west Wales.
You'll be equipped with toasty warm winter wetsuits all year round, and wetsuit gloves and socks to keep your fingers and toes snugly. Coasteer sessions can take place all through the year, so you'll be warm and comfy at all times. You'll also be provided with the helmets, flotation jackets, and a qualified guide who knows their stuff.

Important Information:
At weekends, Preseli Venture welcomes adults only, and mid-week, they offer adventure for Family groups as well as adults-only groups. Under 16s will need to be accompanied on the activities by an adult, and Preseli Venture welcomes children 10 years and older. Height restrictions do apply, kids do need to be 114 cms tall or over.
To take part in the activities, you don’t need to have previous experience, and you don’t need to be particularly outdoorsy, just come equipped with a go-for-it attitude and a sense of fun! Participants should have a reasonable general level of fitness, which means that in your day-to-day, you're able to run for a bus, or jog up and down a flight of steps.
You'll need to fit into a wetsuit, and for the water-based activities, you need to be able to swim; doggy paddle is fine. When you get here, you'll need to fill in a medical declaration form and make us aware of any pre-existing medical conditions. Terms and Conditions of Preseli Venture.
If you are booking for a half-day coasteering, you will need to use your own transport for the short journey between the Preseli Venture lodge and your coasteering venue (15 miles max, but usually less).
Family BookingsAdventure participants under the age of 16 MUST be accompanied on the adventure activity by an adult
Insurance:
You are advised to take out a holiday insurance policy that covers you for cancellation (under the policy terms), accident, and property whilst taking part in adventure activities. Preseli Venture provides a specialist policy, arranged by Infinity Insurance Solutions for UK residents, that covers all outdoor activities offered.
Cancellations:
In the event of a cancellation or a ‘no show’ by the client, Preseli Venture does not give refunds or offer an alternative date. Your insurance policy will cover cancellation costs if the reason for cancelling is covered by the policy (less an excess).
Your Health and Fitness:
All persons taking part in sporting activities should be in good health and have a reasonable basic level of fitness.
You must advise us in advance of any Special Needs or medical problems experienced by you, or any member of your party, that might affect that person or any other guest during the activities and/or stay. All candidates for water-based activities must be able to swim.
Preseli Venture will not be able to offer activities to any client who is deemed to be under the influence of, or suffering from the effects of, drugs or alcohol. Preseli Venture will not be able to offer a refund in any such circumstances.
A STATEMENT REGARDING OUTDOOR ACTIVITIES AND RISK
We at Preseli Venture assume that our clients understand that there is risk involved in the activities that we provide.
High-energy natural environments such as the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park are constantly changing; wind, rain, surf, ocean waves, gravity, wildlife, and multi-tactile surfaces combine to produce an environment from which risk can never be totally eliminated.
The exhilaration and adventure of exploring such environments is what Preseli Venture is all about. We seek to minimize and manage these risks by providing relevant equipment and experienced, qualified instructors. Our instructing staff are professionals who operate according to the guidelines set down for each activity by individual governing bodies and our in-house safety procedures.
They are supplied with up-to-the-minute weather forecasts and trained in risk assessment. It is up to you to listen carefully to what they say and act upon their instructions. We believe that Adventure, in all its diverse forms, is an essential component of many people’s lives.
